The business center on 11 Gruzinskiy Val, 11 is a new breath of business Moscow. A multifunctional business complex of class A - large-scale office development in the very center of the capital. The project consists of two towers of different storeys, united by an underground parking lot. The architectural concept of the project was developed by SPEECH. The office complex is located in the center of the business cluster of the city, near the Belorussky railway station and key transport arteries.
Internal planning and architectural solutions make it possible to maximize the use of space. Dividing the complex into 2 towers (B1 and B2) provides an additional opportunity for companies to consolidate completely in a separate building or to get a separate entrance group.
Tower B1 has 20 ground floors, has a small floor area and good “high-rise” views.
B2 Tower has 13 floors, a large and effective floor area. The highlight of the tower is a large, view terrace, located at the 13th floor.
There is also a 2-story underground parking in the business center, and a community center with functions of recreation, trade and food is provided on the first underground floor.
The facility is under active construction. The general contractor for the project is the Turkish company Ant Yapı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The developer of the project was AFI Development.
The Metropolis company carried out the development of the concept and design documentation for the facility in terms of design solutions, as well as internal engineering systems.
