Dom Chkalov complex is located on the square of Kursky Station, in the center of Moscow, at the exit of the Chkalovskaya and Kurskaya metro stations. The facades of the tall towers are facing the Garden Ring and alleys, from the windows of the apartments you can see the Stalinist skyscrapers, the Kremlin, the ensemble of buildings "Moscow City" and the city blocks of the Basmanny district. You can call into the complex from the side of the Kursk station or the 1st Syromyatnichesky lane.

The concept of the complex was developed in a new format - residential retail, which has established itself in New York, Singapore, Tokyo, Dubai and other cities of the world. The two towers in which the decorated apartments are located are united by a shopping gallery. For the residential part of the project provides its own entrance group.

The four lower floors of Dom Chkalov are occupied by a shopping center with galleries, a restaurant and a cafe. Fifth floor - the public space of the residents of the house with a co-working zone, wellness club, yoga studio, lounge with a cinema, party-room and a terrace restaurant. For the convenience of residents, a reception service and a technical building maintenance service are provided.

The premium apartment complex Dom Chkalov is a single composition of two 21-story towers 96 m high, a four-story shopping center and four-level underground parking for 270 cars. Land area - 0.65 ha. The facade of buildings similar to New York skyscrapers is dominated by glass and metal: panoramic windows in aluminum profiles, metal cladding panels.

Engineering equipment includes a central air conditioning system VRV, the ability to adjust the temperature, modern power supply (14-18 kW per apartment), high-speed Internet, digital telephony, TV networks. All systems are controlled from a single control room. Security is provided by video surveillance and access control system. The building is equipped with silent high-speed Schindler elevators. Four-level underground parking accommodates 270 cars.
