Discovery residential complex is a new business-class residential quarter in Moscow’s Northern Administrative District on Dybenko Street, 1. The complex is a 15-minute walk from Khovrino metro station and two kilometers from the Khimki reservoir..

5 buildings of varying number of floors from 22 to 31 floors, form a closed landscaped courtyard without cars. The buildings of the residential complex are named after science fiction writers - Cyrus Bulychev, Jules Verne, Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov and Alexander Belyaev.

The facades are faced with clinker tiles from light beige to noble wood shades. Oversized double-glazed windows ensure excellent insolation.

Own infrastructure of Discovery LCD includes a kindergarten, shops, cafes and services on the ground floors to serve residents of the complex.

Specialists of Metropolis carried out an audit of design solutions in terms of working documentation.

Architectural solutions were developed by Moscow bureaus ADM and Tsimailo, Lyashenko and partners.
