D1 - a new residential complex of skyscrapers near Dmitrovskaya metro station at 1. Dmitrovskoye Shosse. It consists of three monolithic towers and a stylobate part, where the infrastructure will be located.

Hinged facades made of high-strength aluminum panels in combination with natural stone, provide buildings with high performance characteristics and give new buildings a modern and effective appearance. D1 is three skyscrapers of different storeys from 30 to 60 floors: Excelsior - 60 floors, Kingchess - 59 floors, Blitz - 30 floors.

The unique skyscrapers are united by a two-story stylobate, which will house a shopping gallery, a fitness center, cafes and restaurants - everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Spacious entrance groups with lobby areas, interior design and concierge desks are designed in all buildings. The entrances of the quarter are equipped with automatic fire extinguishing, lighting and access control systems, silent Schindler high-speed elevators and other modern equipment. In the common areas in the quarter there is a 24-hour video surveillance with the ability to record.

The specialists of Metropolis completed the development of design documentation for internal engineering systems and energy efficiency.
