Vorobyov dom is a premium class mixed-use residential complex located at the west of Moscow, in the Setun river valley park next to Vorobyovy gory and Moscow State University. Some flats have windows facing Vorobyovskaya Embankment of the Moskva River.


The complex consists of three buildings of various floor numbers with a common underground area comprising a two-level car park. There is a 5-storey residential building with administrative premises at the first two floors, a 16-storey double-section residential building with offices at the ground floor and a 13-level office building with a children leisure centre at the ground floor. Top floors are occupied by penthouses with terraces.
