Business Centre "Four Winds Plaza" located at bldg.21, Tverskaya-Yamskaya Str., Moscow is a modern class "A" office centre that meets the best modern standards of office premises. A ten-storey building of the total area 31,156 sq.m has three independent entrances, a reception area and lift blocks. The business centre is provided with a bank department, cafes and restaurants, retail areas and a three-level underground car park.
A high level of comfort for tenants is ensured by the use of advanced technologies in the engineering support of the building. Security in the business center is controlled by a multi-stage fire automation system, round-the-clock security and integrated video surveillance inside the building and around the perimeter of the territory. Access to the business center is via electronic access control devices. Leading telecommunications operators provide high-speed Internet and IT telephony. Comfortable movement between floors is carried out by seven silent Shindler elevators, two of which lead to underground parking.
The Business Centre is part of the mixed-use complex "Four Winds", which also includes a premium class residential complex "Four Winds Residential". In 2011 "Four Winds Plaza" became the winner of the annual competition "Best Project in the Field of Investments and Construction" in the category "Office buildings, business centers", held by the Department of Urban Development of the city of Moscow, Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning, and Moscow Investors’ Association.
The developers of the project were AFI Development and ST Group (until 2007, Snegiri Development).
