One of the most ambitious skyscraper projects in Moscow, Evolution Tower is part of the Moscow International business centre Moscow City. Its immediately distinctive outline representing the infinity sign makes Evolution Tower an iconic landmark of modern business Moscow.
The impressive design of this 255 m high skyscraper, its well developed facilities and efficient state-of-the art engineering services form most comfortable conditions for work and rest. The high-rise part of the complex comprises premium class office areas, modern conference halls and meeting rooms. Restaurants and banquet halls are located in the low-rise area of the complex. The podium area also accommodates shops and entertainment facilities, food courts and a museum complex. Evolution Tower is provided with high-speed lifts with a multi-level access control from all floors and advanced building services. A multi-level car park is located at underground floors.
The Evolution Tower was designed by Gorproekt (2011-2014), the original idea of the spiral tower on this site (City Palace Tower) was developed by the Scottish bureau RMJM in 2005-2007. During the construction process, the Metropolis team was involved in the adjustment of engineering solutions in the face of changing requirements for the complex, as well as taking into account changes in the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation. The design solutions provided for the use of the best domestic and imported equipment, providing high rates of energy efficiency and reliability. The Evolution Tower is part of the Global Tall Building Council Database of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats CTBUH.
Evolution Tower is included into the Global Tall Building Database of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In 2015 Evolution Tower was nominated as a finalist for 'Best Tall Building in Europe' by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
